With nearly 20 years of experience in strategic sales roles, Sarah thrives on building relationships and providing customers with smart solutions. She has worked with several national retailers, executing successful product launches for customers ranging from Target and SC Johnson to Anthropologie and West Elm. As Director of Ideation, she acts as a strategic partner for business leaders, helping them make thoughtful, data-driven decisions about their workspace and what the “future of the office” looks like for them.

A strategic-thinker with over a decade of design experience, Becky perfectly rounds out the Next Lab team. Incorporating key findings from our discovery work, Becky designs smart workplace solutions that optimize the floorplan, fulfill employee needs and meet the organizational goal.
Guillermo Laborico
Data Analyst
Also known as “The Wizard”, Guillermo dives into customer data to identify key insights into employee workspace needs. A natural problem-solver with a background in Business economics, Guillermo determines which workstyle is dominant in an organization’s culture to inform how we execute the space plan design.
